Durood Wa Salam

Durood Sharif acts as a gateway to Allah’s mercy, opening doors to forgiveness and divine blessings. Through the act of reciting Durood, we ask Allah to send His blessings upon the Prophet (PBUH), which in turn brings mercy upon us as well.

It is narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said, “The closest people to me on the Day of Judgment are those who send the most Durood upon me.” This shows that reciting Durood is a means to not only gain mercy but also to be close to the Prophet (PBUH) on the Day of Judgment.
