Durood Wa Salam

Blessing:
Whoever recites this Durood Sharif (Salutation) 80 times after Asr prayer on Friday, before standing up from their place, will have 80 years of sins forgiven and will receive the reward of 80 years of worship. The Durood is:

أَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدِنِ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ وَعَلٰی آلِهِ وَ سَلِّمْ تَسْلِیْماً

Translation:
“O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad (peace be upon him), our chief, the unlettered Apostle, and send blessings upon his family, Thy favours, and Thy salutations.”
